Welcome from the admiral norsk knarrklubb

On behalf of the Norsk Knarrklubb, I have the pleasure of welcoming you all to Bergen and the 53rd IKC.

IKC is a competition based on friendship and love for Knarr. Knarr sailors are like a big family, many have known each other for many years, for those new to the game this is a brilliant chance to make new friends.

You can get the opportunity to learn a recipe for success and maybe also what it's like to be beaten on the Raunefjord. There will also be an opportunity to be a tourist in our beautiful city and in the nature around Bergen this week.

Thank you to everyone who has made this championship possible, especially to our boat owners and to the Bergen Sailing Association for their commitment to this wonderful event.
